A Journey to Wholeness This feed is channeling based. It relates to metaphysical subjects about the nature of Love and living your life from a place of joy. It encompasses personal growth and self-help, but tries to be universal as well, encompassing non-dogmatic spirituality, community, and even some emphasis on putting positive change to the world. See http://www.loving-awareness.org for more information.

Thank you for the article - for your attitude towards the life and ourselves. It touches my heart and captivates me indeed.
Wow, What is healing, exactly?
That's the perfect question. It holds the conscious comprehension of "who are we?" in itself -it means that one who question that (the patient who addresses a doctor) knows as what it means to be healthy, so what don't allow experience the life in full to him.
Thus we may claim that one who questions what is the healing is the healthy one- the example to many.

Your article inspires lots of thoughts related to whole our being here and now. Each word reveals the immeasurable space for thought. You say "being present with the energy is one of the warmest, loving experiences I know" That's so indeed.
While being present with the Spirit in us, we are alive indeed and feel ourselves in oneness with all who ever lived on earth and are alive at a moment. The kind of relationships we have between testifies the state of our health.

It feels like this comment 'should' have been for the 'should article!

<br />
As I wrote, I'm learning about all these 'shoulds'. Being aware of them is usually necessary (not always) to letting them go. It helps. Really it's about allowing it all to dissipate rather than 'work', or at least so I'm learning!

Finding out who we really are!
We may think we are what other people think we are, or get an idea from the feedback we get or imagine we get.
In my case, finding out who I really am meant undoing what I was made to be. When parents have an image of what their children should be in terms of how they should behave, how they should interact, how they should worship, oh so many 'shoulds' based on their own understanding of how life should be, then those children grow up not knowing who they are, but act out of who they were made to be.
In my case, I have had to undo ALL those expectations of who I should be, to find out who I AM. Even after my parents were no more around physically, all those 'shoulds' were/are still there, in my personal life, in my married life, in my professional life, in my spiritual life.
Society is 'shoulding' us all the time. Learning to ignore all those messages, and finding one's own inner comfort and then peace is indeed a journey to wholeness and authenticity....and so well worth every step.
Peace to you all out there!

I'm continually learning about healing. We all are. I think the moment we think there's nothing left to heal, that's the moment we start to atrophy. There's always more to discover about who we are.

Thank you Matthew for writing this. So much of my healing has been as you said, about finding out who I am. It hasn't been easy but the rewards are definitely worth it. I am so glad that I found your blog.
